Sign in problems Microsoft Apps

Hello,

I have had this issue for several weeks now. In every Microsoft Office App, I can not properly log into my account. The message seen in the screenshot appears in every App and when I log in the message either does not go away, or I am asked to fill in my email again. Then I type my password again and the process starts anew.

I have tried to remove the account from my Windows and all Apps and restart my system. I closed the apps and started them again. I updated the apps.

Nothing helped.

The Office Apps still worked somehow but now I have the issue that I cannot open an Excel sheet from a shared Onedrive so I need this fixed.

Translated:

Hi, i give you the solution:

    1. First, close all Office apps and then only end the "OfficeClickToRun.exe" process in Task Manager.
    2. Go to File Explorer > View > Show hidden items.
    3. Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft.
    4. Delete the "IdentityCache" folder.
    5. On the same page, locate the "OneAuth" folder and open it.
    6. Delete the contents of the "OneAuth" folder, such as "accounts" and "blobs."
    7. Restart all Office apps and sign in to your account.

A reboot of the PC is not necessary. (The Microsoft Office Help Team has requested me to convey the following message: "Please apologize on behalf of Microsoft for the inconvenience they are facing.")

    • Microsoft Office Support Chat: You can chat directly with a support representative on the Microsoft Support website. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and select the appropriate product category. You will then be offered the option for live chat or a callback.
    • Email Support: Microsoft does not offer direct general email support, but you can submit a request through the https://admin.microsoft.com: Microsoft 365 Admin Center (for business users) or use the contact form available there.
