Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi, i give you the solution:
- First, close all Office apps and then only end the "OfficeClickToRun.exe" process in Task Manager.
- Go to File Explorer > View > Show hidden items.
- Navigate to
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft. - Delete the "IdentityCache" folder.
- On the same page, locate the "OneAuth" folder and open it.
- Delete the contents of the "OneAuth" folder, such as "accounts" and "blobs."
- Restart all Office apps and sign in to your account.
A reboot of the PC is not necessary. (The Microsoft Office Help Team has requested me to convey the following message: "Please apologize on behalf of Microsoft for the inconvenience they are facing.")
- Microsoft Office Support Chat: You can chat directly with a support representative on the Microsoft Support website. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and select the appropriate product category. You will then be offered the option for live chat or a callback.
- Email Support: Microsoft does not offer direct general email support, but you can submit a request through the https://admin.microsoft.com: Microsoft 365 Admin Center (for business users) or use the contact form available there.
