    Dear Cristina,

    Good day to you!

Thank you for your reply. As you completed the troubleshooting such as Safe Mode your Mac and deleted OneNote App. After troubleshooting you are experiencing same issue. May I know after deleting your OneNote, have installed latest version of OneNote?

Based on your log as I have noticed you are using 16.81 which is old version. The latest version of office is 16.90. I recommend you to install Latest version of OneNote. For your convenience I have attached the link here: OneNote

After installing latest version, please let us know whether you are having same issue or not.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

Hi, thank you for your reply!

After rebooting in SafeMode, it did not fix the problem.

I completely deleted OneNote into Trash, and emptied Trash.

    1. Yes, my Mac is updated. I reinstalled the latest MacOS Ventura 13.6.7 (22G720)
    2. No, I am not having this issue with Word or Excel.

I am still having the issue with OneNote after downloading the latest version.
