Based on the description, I understand that you would like to purchase the universal print license.
Since the universal print license is only available to be purchased from Microsoft online with a commercial tenant's admin account. (organization-level), may I know if you are an administrator of the company or an end-user?
If you are an admin with global admin/billing admin permission, please kindly follow the steps below to purchase the license.
- Go to M365 Admin Center - Billing - Purchase services/Marketplace page.
- On the righthand side search box, type in Universal Print
- Select Details and choose your plan/license quantity/billing frequency
- Select Buy
- Review your order details and Place Order
After order confirmed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email, and the license will show up in Your products page of the M365 admin center. Please kindly follow the instructions to assign license to a user account. Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
If you would like to purchase additional print volume, please kindly choose the "Universal Print volume add-on" or "Universal Print Additional Capacity" license. For more details, please see: Get access to Universal Print | Microsoft Learn.
In case that you are an end-user of the organization, you may reach out to company IT administrators. If you don't know who to contact at your work for help, try asking the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password.
