I have never used his type of source for information before. I am completely new to the situation that I find myself in because historically any problems I would have had would have been sorted by a Close Friend who sadly has Passed Away. Lately I've been speaking to Technical Agents of the Companies where I might have any issue & they would be able to advise me, or my Computer Techy who I have always paid for services & advice.
The Shouting thing you mention, I assume is how I presented my question. I can only Sincerely Apologise if that's the case. I am very grateful for your Reply & I hope I will be able to solve my problem using your advice. If I can put the 365 answer aside for one moment, I'm having issues attempting to pay for this month's subscription to Microsoft 365, my Card hadn't sufficient funds to pay. I'm attempting to Update Payments but now when I go in to attempt to make that Payment it tells me that I need to add a new address. The Billing Address & Delivery Address are the same but I'm missing something, I can't figure what that might be. I did several times add a New Address & it accepted it but it still could'nt move on to the next step without it telling me to add a New Address each time. I hope you can help me with this issue, please?
