    Per descriptions, you are not able to open excel file.

    In such scenario, I would like to gather some information from your side:

    1. Could you please provide any screenshots or error messages that you are viewing while trying to open the excel file?
    2. Is the issue only occurring in the specific excel file or all the excel files?
    3. Is the excel file saved in OneDrive or your local drive?
