Hello, LeeHudson2
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I realize that you have encountered a problem with opening Office applications on your Windows 11 computer and got error code 0x426-0x0. I understand how you feel.
Here are some steps you can try:
1 -> I know you have already repaired Office, and I appreciate the efforts you have made for this.
When fixing, there are usually two options: "Quick Repair" and "Online Repair".
I would like to know which option you have tried?
If you haven't tried the "Online Repair", you can give it a try. This option provides a more thorough repair.
2 ->Turn Microsoft Defender Firewall on or off - Microsoft Support
Disclaimer: Temporarily turn off real-time Microsoft Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn it on immediately once issue fixed.
3 -> If a third-party antivirus software, or encryption software is enabled, please disable them and try again. They may incorrectly prevent Office from starting.

4 - Check Office services.
It is possible that the services on which Office relies are not running properly, causing Office to fail to start.
- Press Windows + R to open the Run box.
- In Run box, type the following content and press Enter.
services.msc - In the services list, find "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service“.
- Right-click it and select "Properties".
- Make sure that the "Startup type" is "Automatic". Click OK.
- Restart computer and see the effect.
5 -> I would like to know if you have recently installed or enabled any other programs? If so, please uninstall them.
Other users have mentioned that SandBox and VMware can cause this issue.
