I just received a link from the Immigration office to access my form unfortunately the link doesn’t work. Can someone please help me? Thank you

    Good day!!

    As per the description shared, I understand you are not able to access the Microsoft Forms link shared by the immigration office and since you mentioned it’s immigration office, I believe they have shared the Form responses link with you using Anyone with this link.

    So, I request you to try accessing the Forms response link in the InPrivate or Incognito window of the browser to see the outcome:

    Open your Google Chrome browser> Click on the three dots at the top right> Paste the Form responses link to see whether it can be accessed without any error.

    If you are still encountering any error, I would like to request you to share the screenshot of the error message when you are trying to access the Form response link shared by the immigration office. (with the screenshot of the error message, we can understand the what could be cause of the error).
