I bought 365 (Family) and I have the invoice. I used my work email for my personal account. But when I left my job they deleted my email account. Now when I try to log in to Microsoft it says there is not account associated with my email. I wanted to call them or chat with them to move my subscription to another account. BUT HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU DO THAT WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER!!!!!
I can go the help.microsoft.com but it won't let me login to the right account when the 365 subscription is, so how is that any help!!!!!
I cannot do an account recovery because it requires the same email address that has been deleted.
I THINK MICROSOFT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Don't mind selling a product but no way to get help!
Any advice is good.
