I don't know how to fix it; it might just be me not knowing how to use PowerPoint though.

2. Are you having issue with PowerPoint desktop app or PowerPoint web app in browser? Will they encounter a similar situation?
3. Does the issue happen when you open a specific file or open PowerPoint app?
4. Please also navigate to the subscription page and share your subscription information with us.
5. What about the other users in your organization, will they encounter a similar situation with PowerPoint?
6. If other Office applications have the same behavior, like Excel/Word?
