    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    That is because the site maintenance task: Delete Aged Discovery Data.
    It is enabled and set as 90 days by default.

    Do you have AD System Discovery enabled?

    Do the systems exist in an OU that AD System Discovery is configured to discover systems from?

    Do the systems properly resolve via DNS from the primary site server?

    Have you reviewed adsysdis.log?
