- Go to the following Web site: Contact - Microsoft Support.
- Enter the keywords of your question in the search box, for example, "subscription/refund" and select Get Help.
- Select Contact Support (sign in to your personal Microsoft account).
- Under Products and services, select options related to your product, like Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Under Category, select Manage my subscription.
- Go to Confirm.
