File sync with external users

Hello,

My issue is that a corporation has shared a folder with my Microsoft account at:  PII is mask by MSFT@PII is mask by MSFT.onmicrosoft.com. I received the files in the "Shared" section. However, even though I have a Business Standard license, I cannot find the option to sync the files anywhere.

My question is: what do I need to do, or what does my client need to do, who is trying to share files with me so that we can collaborate effectively?

    Dear Bogdan Niculescu1Good day!First of all, you need to select the file to see these options, but in any case, I've received feedback from other users, so this could be a server-side issue, in order to investigate this phenomenon further, I kindly recommended you can contact admin user to raise a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center, which the support there has the related permission and resource to help you check from the backend.I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this phenomenon.     I don't have the sync or the add shortcut option. I searched everywhere but with no luck.

    I noticed that you see this file on the Shared page, and I want to make sure you can select this file and add a shortcut to my file:

    Try adding it as a shortcut and then sync OneDrive to see if it syncs successfully.

    On the My Files page, click Settings in the top right corner and select Sync this OneDrive:
