OnVUE is blank for Exam AZ 900

Question

Hey , Today I attempted second time AZ 900 exam and encountered the same . 'Test System' runs well all the time .

Steps taken :

1- Test system .
2- Complete microphone,speaker,camera and internet speed.
3- Talked to proctor.
4- Hit the 'Relaunch' button.

Output:
-White screen appears for few sec.

• After that error comes on screen ' OnVUE has encountered a problem'

Hello.
I was unable to start my exam due to an error in the OnVue program.
I spoke with a representative and passed the system and "testing space" test, but at the time of launch, the program hung. I tried restarting several times, but the program kept crashing every time I tried to load the exam.
