Sharepoint Document Library not saving record

I have a small business and purchased o365 for that business. I have technical question: I am using a Sharepoint Document Library and I have this ISSUE: My Process:1. I drag and drop a new file into the library using MS Edge browser interface to the sharepoint document library. I then fill out the meta data associated with that record. I then drag and drop another document into the library and the previous record disappears. Where can I find MS Support forums to research this issue or put a support ticket in for my business

    If you are not an admin, you can contact your admin to contact Microsoft support. You can look for the way to find your admin through this link: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    Please accept my Apologies and I do feel regret for not resolving the problem and redirecting you to the related development team but the fix to your concern can be find out through the HAR logs and suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will investigate the problem further by collecting the HAR logs.
