Choice Question - applying individual values for each option - can it be done?

I have a survey that has a different value placed on each option of a choice question but don't see that functionality in Forms.

For example:

Very satisfied = 3

Somewhat satisfied = 2

Not satisfied = 1

My director would like respondents to get a total score at the end when they submit their answers. Is this something that can be done in Forms?

    Dear Kristi Chambers,

    Good day!

This forum mainly focuses on Microsoft 365 and Office-related queries.

Unfortunately, this is not achievable using Microsoft Forms. However, after performing extensive research, I found that you can create a custom form that meets your requirements using Power Apps. Since your request will require the utilization of the Power Apps solution, I sincerely recommend you post your concern to the specific channel in the Microsoft Power Platform Community. Members and engineers there are proficient in the knowledge of Power Apps issues. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Hope you have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

    Ralph | Microsoft Community Moderator
