Hello, the problem is that there is a database in Microsoft Access with millions of contacts. How to export the data of around 2-3 millions from there when the limit in Excel is 65 thousands?

Are there any ways?

I need to share it, and also i want to have it in another format too.

Why another format? You can share it in Access using the free Access runtime version.

I'm guessing you would want a searchable format. so you might consider creating an Access report and sending that report to a PDF file.

Sharing can take forms other than via Excel files, such as the suggested csv file type offered by theDBGuy.

I recently downloaded a csv file with nearly 5 and half million records in it, for example. As a test for this question, I just exported that table back into a new .csv file. Excel, of course, can't load the entire file because it can not handle more than ~1 million rows. A text editor like NotePad++ can.

Also, you copy the table into a second accdb and share that accdb without having to export the data at all.

There's more than one way to skin a cat. Ask the person with whom you need to share the data what format works best for them.

Why does it have to be an export to Excel? Why export the data at all?

What is the end goal? Maybe there are alternatives which will achieve that goal.
