Table in word.

This is from a table in word. When i use Space trying to push 9,165 to the right, it doesn't work. Instead, the space was added before the text. Please help, thanks

    The position of the end-of-cell marker indicates that both numbers are right-aligned at the end of the cell. Check that the lower cell does not have a right indent or a larger right cell margin.

    You can set a numeric tab stop in the cells. That way, the numbers will align properly. (For more on tabs in general, see http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/SettingTabs.htm.)

    EDIT:
    On second thought, if the commas in your example are thousands separators, using numeric tab stops may not work.

    There are differences in functionality between different versions of office applications. What version of office application do you have, Microsoft 365? or office 2021?
