Can't continue with the signup process for Setting up E5 Subscription

I'm getting this error when clicking send code:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:<br><ul style="text-align: left"><li style=""><p data-prewrap="true">Your phone number did not pass security checks.</p></li></ul><br>MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-a853-4818-a5a4-c1241ca898fc<br><br>Code: 40321

It works once a day but for succeeding tries it gives me that error.

It takes too long in receiving the code it takes longer than 10 minutes.

I have read that we should try a different number but there is no option to add a new number since upon clicking continue after the "Link with Visual Studio". Also, I can't change my number for security purposes since this is a company account.

    • Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
    • May I please know where you are trying to login? Is it O365 portal or any application?
    • Could you please describe more and send me a full window screenshot via private message?
