- Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
- May I please know where you are trying to login? Is it O365 portal or any application?
- Could you please describe more and send me a full window screenshot via private message?
