How to use VLOOKUP using 2 files on SharePoint?

I have 2 files on SharePoint and I want to lookup between the file but it isn't working. Is there a special way to lookup file directly on SharePoint? Or should I save them on my computer first?

    You can get file link from Sharepoint then you can use it in your formula or sync file to your onedrive and link them diectly.
