I realized that you have a problem with unexpected charge for Microsoft 365 subscription. I understand the inconvenience this has caused.
When you see unexpected charges from Microsoft in a statement from your credit card, here are some possible causes:
- Someone you know, such as a family member, bought something with your card.
- A previously declined charge was charged again.
- Someone made an in-app purchase from an app, game, or office.

I am more than willing to help you. However, there are two privacy guidelines restrict this community support for now:
- Privacy and Security. Financial and subscription issues often involve sensitive personal information that should not be shared publicly on forums.
- Access account information. Community agents do not have direct access to users' subscription details or billing information. Therefore, we are unable to verify payments or make changes to your accounts. This information should be left to Chat support and be in an individual window.

- Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.
Note: It doesn't have to be an account associated with the subscription. Just log in with another available account. For example, you can sign in with the Microsoft account which you are using to post this thread. Then provide your credit card information to the Online Chat Support. 3. Enter your issue in the search box. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds. 4. Click Get Help, then click Contact Supp ort at the bottom of the page.
