In response to the Excel not loading issue, I need more information to help you better resolve the issue. Could you please provide the following information:

1. Is Excel not starting at all, or is it slow to load after starting? Is there a specific error code or message displayed? For example, “Error loading add-ins” or “Corrupted file cannot be opened”.
2. Did the problem start after installing or updating Office? What specific version of Excel are you using (e.g. Excel Online or Excel for Windows).
3. Does the problem occur when opening a specific file or does it occur with all files?

Have you tried any solutions to this problem? For example, restarting the computer, reinstalling Office, disabling add-ons or using the Office Repair Tool? Are third-party add-ins installed: some add-ins may cause Excel to fail to load.
