Microsoft Forms stuck on Loading when synching with new workbook

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Form with a synced Excel workbook. I am trying to use the option to "Disconnect and synch to a new workbook" but whenever I do, all it does is open a new blank tab in my browser labelled "Loading..." and then hangs, doing nothing. I have left it for over an hour with no change. Is it really supposed to take this long, or am I encountering some kind of bug?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,

This is happening to me as well. I am trying to use the option to "Disconnect and sync to a new workbook" but whenever I do, all it does is open a new blank tab in my browser labelled "Loading..." and then hangs, doing nothing.

Is there a solution or a workaround to this?

    Thanks

Hi Ralph, thank you for your reply.

    1. I have tried using a different browser in incognito mode, same result.
    2. Unfortunately, this is a work form and I am not in a position to use a different internet provider or device.
    3. Similarly, I do not have any extensions, anti-virus, or proxy addresses that aren't mandated by my work.

    Thank you.
