Hi, There is a need to re-create the current structure on our sharefolder/teams group and would like your support. Maybe we can create what was done last year?

There are multiple pages to go under this structure and main headlines Initiative Portfolio FY25-FY28 and Commitment base data.

For each of the 7 commitments it should be possible to follow up on progress. I tried to paste in sprint screens but did not work.... Is there are way for me to share this with you for easier understanding?

    Dear Charlotte Wossmark,

    Good day!!

As per the description shared, I would like to confirm whether you are looking to recreate a structure in a SharePoint Online site from the structure which already exists in the SharePoint Online site.

If yes, I am sorry to convey that there is no out of the box setting in the SharePoint Online site to just copy the folder structure or create a folder structure template to create a new folder structure from it.

I agree with you on having the ability to create a folder structure from the existing folder structure in the SharePoint Online site will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as feedback in the SharePoint · Community (microsoft.com) which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft products.

In addition, I believe you can achieve your requirement with the help of the custom Power Automate flow. So, I would like to suggest you to give a shot by posting your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get the detailed help from the experts.

If there is any misunderstanding from our end, we apologize and request you to share the more detailed information with some screenshots which will helps us to better understand and guide you further.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
