Where does microsoft hide programs that are activated on my account.

Purchased Office Pro 2016 because outlook is now just Microsoft sponsored spam. This is annoying to begin with as I have previously purchased Home & Student 2016.
I have 2 accounts, an old one and a current account to which I make all purchases and activations.
I have checked both via -> Already entered your product key? Install apps from your Microsoft account Neither account shows the activated product here.

So, I can access the product by following the steps to "redeem", but low and behold, you've thought of that, and my product has already been redeemed.

It was redeemed by me, I just can't bloody access it.

GET YOUR GREED IN ORDER MICROSOFT> I have paid for product. Add the bloody thing to my account and stop giving me extra steps and hurdles to jump through.

Hi Danial, you can see and download legitimate Microsoft versions of Office from Services & Subscriptions of the Microsoft Account associated with your Offices. Here is a direct link: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Did you purchase Office 2016 Home & Student from Microsoft? In that case, test your various @hotmail.com or @outlook.com email accounts and see if you can find the correct one—meaning the one which is associated with your Office product.

Note that if you purchased Office 2016 Professional recently, it couldn't have been from Microsoft, because they haven't sold that version in years. You should ask the retailer for a refund. If that fails, you have probably been scammed.

    Hi Daniel2448UP,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We got you met an activation problem of Office 2016. And we can understand you are angry with it.

Where did you buy the product, through Microsoft or third-party reseller?

Already entered your product key? Install apps from your Microsoft account

Did you check it from Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions?

When you tried to redeem the code, is there prompt showing the first 2 characters of the account under which the product is registered?

We are looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,

There is outlook.com the free mail account that can be accessed in any web browser or added to any Mail Client

Then there IS MS Outlook, a component of some Office suites

If you have purchased a legit Current supported Offic suite as part of the install process an MS Account is used/created, if no MS Account ints not legit

If you purchased a later office version you have to uninstall any earlier versio, or trial.
