Cannot use groupby/pivotby function

I am using windows 10 with microsoft office 365 version 2402 (Build 17328.20452) but why I cannot find or use groupby/pivotby function?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    GROUPBY and PIVOTBY are being beta-tested at the moment; they are only available to Microsoft 365 Insiders.

    If you are on version 2402, you will probably have to wait quite a while before these functions become available to you.
