Because Node 10 reached the end of community support on 30 April 2021, applications hosted on Azure Functions using Node 10 will be unsupported after 30 September 2022. If you have a question, please post it in this thread.

For Windows apps you can check the 'WEBSITE_NODE_DEFAULT_VERSION' in Configuration > Application settings. For Linux Apps, you will need to run az functionapp config appsettings list --name <name> --resource-group <group> to get the info, but you can do that from the cloudshell in the portal if you do not want to run it locally.

I ran that command against one of my Linux-based functions, but the Node version is not present in the result. It is using the ~3 function runtime. So, what does that mean? Do I still need to explicitly set a Node version?

To avoid any service disruption and potential security vulnerabilities in your applications, we recommend you upgrade to Node 14, and then follow the steps to update your applications settings before 30 September 2022. Here’s the migration doc link.
