Document name not saving in sharepoint.

I need help renaming documents in SharePoint. Using the preview screen, I open the "I" information panel, rename the document, and save it, but the document name does not change.

    I did not encounter the same situation in my tests. After I change the file name, press Enter, the file name will show save, and then the change is successful.

    Therefore, I would like to confirm the following information first to further narrow down this phenomenon:

    • Did you receive a message indicating that you saved successfully after changing the name? If you receive other messages, please take a screenshot and share them with me?
    • If you open the file directly and change the name, could you change the name?
    • Whether only certain documents cannot change their names?
    • If multiple documents cannot change their names, I also want to make sure that multiple document libraries cannot change their file names
