Why do I keep getting #REF! error for no reason?

I don't know much about excel but I don't see anything wrong. I'm using a simple =sum(d2:g2) formula and errors when I try to copy the answers into a different cell. Wish I could attach a video.

    Hi Matt Alavi,

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.

The link you provided in your reply points to a video that requires login and permissions, so we cannot clearly identify the issue you are encountering.

However, if you want to copy the results obtained from a formula to other cells, you can choose Paste "Values" from the right-click menu when pasting, or directly use Ctrl+Shift+v to paste. This will only transfer the calculation results.

If you need further assistance in identifying the issue, you can upload a picture in your reply.

    Looking forward to your update.

    Best Regards,
