Increase Quota

We have reached 100% of our tenant quota and because of this we can no longer create users as well as groups (teams). May we request for an increase to our directory service quota?

    I understand your concern and would like to convey that YES of course you can **Increase the Quota,**to perform a quota increase you have to contact us by support line. Please note you need to have admin permission from your tenant to achieve the upgrade. Please follow the below steps to open a ticket to our support agent.

    If you are the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization, you can (click here-->> sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center) with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support. Otherwise, please refer to (click here-->>How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?)
