Problem when previewing Excel spreadsheet

Question

It is bizarre that a sentence in Excel becomes abnormal when previewing / printing it virtually on-screen.

The latter part of the sentence fails to be displayed but replaced by the beginning few words of the sentence.

However, there is no problem when printing the spreadsheet as a hardcopy or exporting into pdf.

I have checked there is nothing wrong with settings or formatting.

I guess there is something wrong with the text box.

Please advise why and how to fix.

If useing Excel you may have to set the Page Layout> Print Area
