Literally rebooted my computer and when I hopped back into Loop and went to a chart, the filter option is gone completely now. Is this a glitch, or did someone turn off the feature?

    Hi! Lesley Bradley,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I realize that you've encountered a problem with Microsoft Loop 's filter charts have been removed and I understand how you feel.

Due to the differences in the features currently offered by Microsoft Loop for personal users and for business users, in order to further investigate your question, I would like to invite you to share the following information with me:

    1. Is the account you are currently using in Microsoft Loop a personal account or a work/business account?
    2. I noticed that you mentioned "turn off", are you unable to turn on this feature anymore? If you can, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the corresponding page so that I can further understand the current situation?Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards Eddy | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
