    Hello, Ryandi Fahriza.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand that you currently appear to be being charged for Microsoft 365 by being automatically charged. I understand your feelings. If it's an automatic charge that you don't know about, it really should be refunded. Please don't worry, I will do my best to help you within my authority.

You should follow the steps I provide below to contact support(I have taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you are doing it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for a support specialist to call you back to resolve your Payment related Issues:

One thing that needs to be explained to you is that I, as an agent of the forum, do not have the authority to help you verify the payment or account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. This information would be left with Chat Support in a separate window.

    Contact Microsoft Support:

    1. Visit this website:   Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type in your problems in the search box there.( For instance, contact support.)
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category
    5. On the Category tab, choose  Manage My Subscription .
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. Choose to chat with a support representative or request a callback.

This is a user group and not MS.

If you had purchase O365 from MS you have to cancel if not needed https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b
