Hello,

Is there a way, maybe a class, library where the message box can be displayed larger.

Background is a touch screen operation?

depending on the platform and the properties of the display you can bind ScaleX and ScaleY in ScaleTransform.

I use the 'normal' message box. Can I insert a scale factor?

How about create your own custom MessageBox?There are some guides and sample in this thread:Custom Message Box for you to refer to. Also you can use some third party lib to design the MessageBox as recommended in this Custom MessageBox Button In WPF.
