SUMIF Formulas Not Working

I am having problems getting a SUMIF formula to work in my spreadsheet.

I am uploading the link to an Excel file where you will see in cells C367 and C368 two SUMIF formulas that do not work.

I sure would appreciate your help in getting this issue resolved.

    The reason is simple: in all rows that have "AIR" or "OCEAN" in column Q, column C contains 0. So the sum is indeed 0.

    There ARE non-zero values for DHL and UPS:
