Error code 30015-8 (18)

Question

I'm trying to install office 2019. As requested i removed all the other versions of Office. When the installation is almost don, i get an error code 30015-8 (18)

I restarted te laptop, but it keeps getting the error. The windows has been updated from a 2007 to windows 10..

Let me explain to you first that Office 2019 ProPlus is currently out of the technical support scope for personal users. The Office 2024 series is currently sold on Microsoft's official store. If you have a reliable channel to purchase Office 2019 ProPlus, it is recommended that you ask for installation.

I understand that you are currently experiencing problems with the Office installer.

Don't worry, I'll do my best to help you.

First at all, I would like to explain to you about the problem of this error in the installation program. Most of our customers need to reset their computers in order to solve this problem, but before that, I have some other methods that you can try first.

1. Install the offline installation program

Click the following link to download the offline installation package, after the installation is complete, open the Office folder and click Setup64 to install.

2. Create a new local administrator account
3. Open Command Prompt Right click to run as administrator:

• Press “Windows+R” key, type “CMD” and press Enter.

2. Create a new user:
   • Enter the following command at the command prompt, and then press the Enter key:

     net user username password /add 
     

     For example, if you want to create a user named “new user” with a password of “123456”, you can type:

     net user newuser 123456 /add 
     

3. Add the new user to the Administrators group:
   • Type the following command at the command prompt and press the Enter key:

     net localgroup administrators username /add 
     

     For example, if you want to add “new user” to the administrators group, you can enter:

     net localgroup administrators newuser /add  
     

If the above two methods are not effective, you need to back up your computer important data and then reset the computer.
