Hi,

I am Sherwin Garcia, with email ********************** I am a Building Operator of Marquee on 16th. I am having trouble loging in to my account due to authenticator requirement. Whenever I sign in there is no authenticator code receiving on my mobile app hence, I am having difficulty. Please assist in removing authenticator on my logins.

    According to your description, I'm sorry for your experience.

    Since you've mentioned that there's no authenticator code receiving on your mobile application. It could be something wrong with the Authenticator application issue. Would you please update your mobile device's system into the latest version and reinstall the Microsoft Authenticator.

    In addition, for saving your time, the efficient way for you that you can contact Microsoft Data Protection team, Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. (Ctrl+F4 and type your area's name.) They would be able to assist you to figure it out on the backend.
