Remove time and date format

Hi

I have exported an excel spreadsheet from Dynamics. All of the cells retain some formatting and a yellow note pops up for any active cell.

I want to add additional lines to the sheet, but get the attached message. How can I clear the formatting?

    Hi - and thanks

    the file is here - All Individuals - problem solver.xlsx with data removed. The error message should be attached.

    The first problem cell is A98 - the ones which had data in seem to be OK.

    The yellow pop ups are annoying - is it possible to get rid of those too? They always appear in files exported from Dynamics.
