How to insert a SharePoint List, One Note Page on a loop workspace interactively

I came to know about Microsoft Loop from a colleague, & I found it interesting. I want to use it for managing all my team management activities. Currently we have data in SharePoint lists, Microsoft Word, One Note, and Microsoft Planner. Some Power Automate flows are running on SharePoint lists & tasks.

I could manage to insert the Planner plan, but when my team tries to access the plan in the loop workspace, it shows them that they don't have access, but they are able to see the plan in the Planner App. Can you please let me know how to provide this access?

I couldn't find any way to insert the OneNote, Word & SharePoint Lists, Can you please let me know how I can insert the SharePoint Lists & One Note pages interactively?

    Dear Harish Reddy Vennapusa,

Thank you for your question in our community.

To address your first question about sharing permissions for looping components like Planner, please follow the steps below. Share the loop workspace with the users and check if they are still encountering the same error.

    • First grand permission to the loop workspace.

To address your second question, please insert the words "word" and "notebook" into the loop.

First of all, thank you for bringing things to our attention. Currently, there are no built-in methods to insert a word notebook or loop.

You can request this type of punching from the loop developer team. Currently, Loop has been improved according to user feedback. Please visit the link below and provide your feedback.
