Excel View

Question

Each morning I download an excel file from my brokerage. Starting yesterday when the after the file downloads, it is shown on my screen as a tiny box. I can open full screen view. When I click on the double boxes in the upper right corner to adjust the size of the view it goes back to the minimized tiny box. Is there a way to fix this?
