- Are you using OneNote for Windows 10, OneNote 2016, or the OneNote web app? Please specify the version for both desktop and mobile, if applicable. i am using OneNote for Windows 10 desktop app and the web app
- Is your organization using Microsoft 365 for Business, Microsoft 365 for Enterprise, or another plan? I believe it is Microsoft 365 for Enterprise
- Were there any recent changes made to the notebooks or your Microsoft 365 environment, such as permissions changes, updates, or migrations? some employees have been migrated to a new cloud based system... some have not.
- Are all notebooks affected, or just specific ones? Are they large notebooks with many sections, pages, or embedded files? there are a handful of shared notebooks that are being affected.
Additional details that might helps, Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as restarting OneNote, clearing the cache, or re-authenticating with your Microsoft account.
