Sync error code 0xE000002E bjief

my entire team has gotten this error message in several shared notebooks: OneNote can't sync your notes right now. We'll keep trying. (Error code: 0xE000002E bjief) has anyone been able to fix this issue

    To better help you investigate this issue, can you please share some details with me, such as:

    • Are you using OneNote for Windows 10, OneNote 2016, or the OneNote web app? Please specify the version for both desktop and mobile, if applicable. i am using OneNote for Windows 10 desktop app and the web app
    • Is your organization using Microsoft 365 for Business, Microsoft 365 for Enterprise, or another plan? I believe it is Microsoft 365 for Enterprise
    • Were there any recent changes made to the notebooks or your Microsoft 365 environment, such as permissions changes, updates, or migrations? some employees have been migrated to a new cloud based system... some have not.
    • Are all notebooks affected, or just specific ones? Are they large notebooks with many sections, pages, or embedded files? there are a handful of shared notebooks that are being affected.

    Additional details that might helps, Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as restarting OneNote, clearing the cache, or re-authenticating with your Microsoft account.

    I have tried so many troubleshooting steps and am waiting to hear from our helpdesk.
