Subscription cancellation/refund help

Hello all,

I signed up for a free trial on MobiSystems OfficeSuite. I contacted them for a cancellation because it was the only account that had the subscription. They said I had to contact Microsoft directly to cancel. However, the subscription isn't on there and I can't find any contact info for Microsoft (I'm in Canada).

I really need it cancelled and for it to be refunded. Any help is appreciated!

    I am not sure what to suggest next. Did you read the instructions at https://support.officesuite.com/hc/en-us/articles/16588654795293-Microsoft-Store?

    I checked on my Microsoft store app too. The subscription isn't on there so unfortunately, I can't cancel it that way. My MobiSystems account is the only account with that subscription on it. Yet, I can't cancel through them.

    I've also been trying to find the contact info for Microsoft's Canadian customer service, but no luck.

    It's definitely a weird situation.

    Did you get OfficeSuite via the Microsoft Store? In that case, look for a way to cancel the product in the Microsoft Store app.
