I know that you need help, but in order to more accurately address your question and avoid misunderstanding, we may ask you for more information.
- Please attach a screenshot of the full error message.
- Which Microsoft account are you using? A personal account or a school/work account?
- I noticed that you posted in OneDrive section. Do you encounter this problem when logging in OneDrive?
- I also noticed that you posted in iPhone/iPad section. Is this problem happening in OneDrive app on iPhone/iPad? Does this problem still exist in OneDrive.com in the browser?
