Class Notebook Maths Assist

Question

Hi,

Has anyone experienced any issues regarding Maths Assistant on Class Notebook?

Have you been able to successfully disable it so students cannot use this feature?

We have an ongoing ticket with Microsoft, but it would be good to see if anyone has been able to get this feature to work.

I can disable Maths Assist in my tests via the steps in this document: Turn Math Assistant on or off in OneNote Class Notebook - Microsoft Support

I noticed that you seem to have contacted the admin user to open a ticket in the admin center, then the Microsoft Support app can assist you in collecting activity logs for the app. If it is convenient to you, we want to collect ticket number with you via private message, so we can check the case process on our side. You can access PM from the top right corner of this page, as shown in image below:
