Unknown charge from Microsoft

I have an unknown charge from Microsoft for £89.99 on Sep 11th 2024; this is not my order and I require a full refund. Please advise how to reimburse this amount to my account

    On this screen, enter your request as shown:

    After that the screen will appear as shown in the picture and you can choose chat with a support agent in your web browser
