How to access the backend of Forms stored on SharePoint

My organization has several SharePoint workspaces. The best way I've discovered to get Microsoft Forms to automatically upload their results to these SharePoint sites is to create the Forms directly in the SharePoint site by going to New > Forms for Excel. However, now that I've created several forms, and linked to the response-collection page and the results file from SharePoint, how do I get back to the page for each form where I can access the questions and edit the forms?

Since the forms were created for the SharePoint site and not for my account in particular, when I click the button that says "My forms" it doesn't show any forms. Also, that button is not always there for some reason. Please advise. The only reason I can access the front-ends of the forms I spent hours making is because I copied the links before I closed the tabs. That doesn't seem right. And I can't seem to access the back-ends at all. Are they accessible from anywhere on the SharePoint site?

    Dear Leo Rosenstein,

Good day! Thank you for posting to the Microsoft community. We will be happy to help you.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with accessing the backend of Forms stored on SharePoint. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

To access the backend of forms created in a SharePoint site you can follow the below steps:

    1. Open your web browser and go to the SharePoint site where the form is hosted.
    2. On the SharePoint site, locate and click on the Documents library where your form is stored.
    3. Find the specific results Form Excel. Click on the form to open it.
    4. When the Excel file opens Go to Insert > Form > Edit Form Image
    5. This will take you to a page like this: Image

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not solve the problem soon. However, we can work together to reduce and resolve the situation. So, please revert back to me if I misunderstood or if you have any questions.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused

I appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.
