Merging rows inserted into SharePoint List, at different times from Power Automate, with a common value?

I have 3 different power automate flows, that are grading an 3 different quizzes taken in forms, and inserting a row into a SharePoint List when one is completed. I created an UNID column, which automatically creates a LastName,Last4Phone so that each user has the same UNID to assist with merging. My issue I want to resolve is; please see the example for Coster6354. The user has 3 entries, one for PASS - Thermal All, FAIL - Briger, and PASS - Bridger. What I need is for it to have a single row for Coster6354 with only PASS - Thermal All and PASS - Bridger on the same row. I would ultimately like for a FAIL to show up, then change to PASS if the same UNID were to take the test again and pass it - AND for all 3 exam results to show up on one line entry.

Simplified Desired:

Thermal Status Jim Bridger Status UNID
PASS - Thermal All PASS - Bridger Coster6354

    Hi Ddigiro1,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

To my knowledge, there are no out-of-box SharePoint features that will directly address your needs. You will need to build a Power Automate flow to check existing list items with the same UNID, create a new list item (row) with the merged values, and then delete the original list items.

In this case, since our team focuses on queries about SharePoint's built-in features, and we have a specific channel Power Automate Communitycoping with such building flow questions, I recommend you post a new thread there for expert help.

Sorry that our category may have limited resources on checking on your concern further.

    Thanks for your understanding.
