Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi mir vera
Thank you for consulting Microsoft Community.
We understand that you are experiencing two chargebacks, which is really concerning and troubling.
As a first step, we suggest that you go to Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions, sign in to your Microsoft account with your credentials, and check the relevant subscription products under Services & Subscriptions and Order History to see if it is a double charge. under “Services and Subscriptions” and “Order History” to check if you are being charged for a duplicate subscription.
For more information on how to cancel your subscription and the steps to get a refund, you can refer to the following two articles:
- Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support
- How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support
If the above steps do not resolve your issue, you can contact Chat Support, which specializes in billing issues, for further assistance by following these steps:
- Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Enter your question in the search box there: Subscriptions/Refunds/Etc.
- Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
- Go to Products and Services tab and select Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other.
- On the Category tab, select Manage Subscription or Other.
- Go to Confirmation.
- You can now select the option to chat with a support specialist in your web browser.
Tip: The chat support team has limited hours, so if you see the last window indicating that you cannot be contacted, we recommend that you try again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave your phone number. This way, they can reach out to you and help you with your problem.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
