Hi folks, Few days ago managed to delete MS windows 10 for Home and Students, can't get it back. I purchased and downloaded a copy of MS windows 10 today - 16/09/2028. I can't find it on my laptop and the company are now ignoring my emails. My PC is about 10 years old and I need word. Can't get out at the moment due to some health issues. Thankyou for any advice you can give. Audrey

Recent consumer licenses of Office, such as Home & Student 2016, are installed via your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services. I'm sure you will find it with a bit of assistance from your local community center. Good luck!

Hello I had office package for home and student 206. It got deleted, can't be recovered. The company is trying to help (poor man). I'm not sure what MS word packages will work with my pc which is about 10 years old but meets my needs. Get confused when looking on the internet. My local community centre has an IT help session soon so I will go and get there help. Thank you for replying. Audreu

It isn't clear which product you are referring to...

I take it that you have uninstalled some version of Microsoft Office and not Windows?

Which version of Office do you have? In many cases, you can reinstall from the associated account at https://account.microsoft.com; however, that isn't going to work if you have a version which is older than Office 2013, as those older versions were not added to online accounts. Instead, you made use of a product key and an installation disc to add them to your PC.
