Microsoft Designer issues

MS Designer is so frustrating to load my designs, takes ages or not at all. tried all advise, internet is good, etc. What's wrong?

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    Unfortunately, this has been a hot issue recently, with many users reporting similar access issues in the community. This appears to be an anomaly in the Designer service.
