I cannot sync SharePoint site library, shortcut already exists

    We've went through your post carefully and understand your concern about not being able to sync SharePoint library as expected. For the issue encountered.

    To help you better, please confirm if you are facing the situation similar to the scenario shared in OneDrive sync app error: Unable to sync shortcut - Microsoft Support.

    If yes, pleases Remove shortcut to the SharePoint folder in OneDrive and sync SharePoint again to check the outcome.

    If this is not consistent with your scenario or any further assistance needed, please feel free to post back and point that. Meanwhile, please share some screenshots of the issue encountered, you operating system version and your OneDrive sync client version with us.
